LATEXFAUNA Brings Its Euro Wave Tour Finale to Kraków

After taking its distinctive Ukrainian sound across Europe, LATEXFAUNA will bring its latest tour to a close with a special Kraków performance.

For LATEXFAUNA, music has always occupied a space between atmosphere, humour and cultural identity. Now the Ukrainian indie-pop band is bringing that distinctive combination to Kraków as it concludes its Euro Wave Tour 2026.

The Kyiv-formed group, established in 2015, has developed a sound that moves between dream pop, new wave and chillwave, complemented by funk and disco influences. The result is music built around hypnotic basslines, melodic guitars and a relaxed, summer-inspired atmosphere.

The band's European following grew significantly after the release of its breakthrough single "Ajahuaska", which also gave its name to the group's 2018 debut album. Since then, LATEXFAUNA has continued to develop a musical identity that is difficult to place neatly within a single genre.

A distinctive Ukrainian voice

Part of LATEXFAUNA's character comes from the way it uses language and storytelling.

The band is known for incorporating surzhyk, a linguistic mixture of Ukrainian and Russian elements, into its songs. Alongside the music, its work combines sensuality, nostalgia and humour, creating a style that has become closely associated with the group's identity.

Their second studio album, Senbernar, followed in 2022, expanding the band's catalogue while retaining the grooves and atmospheric qualities that had become central to its sound.

For audiences discovering the group in Kraków, the concert offers an opportunity to experience that combination live, with songs including "Lime", "Surfer", "Kosmos", "Lucerna" and "Cherkaschyna" among the tracks listed for the performance.

A European finale with a wider purpose

The Kraków concert at Hype Park, at Kamienna 12, marks the conclusion of LATEXFAUNA's Euro Wave Tour 2026. The tour has travelled through ten European cities, making the Kraków appearance its final stop.

Doors are scheduled to open from 19:00, giving audiences time to arrive before the live performance begins.

Yet the significance of the evening extends beyond the music. According to the supplied event information, a substantial portion of the proceeds from ticket sales will be directed towards supporting the Defence Forces of Ukraine, specifically the operations of the special unit known as "Artan", part of the GUR MO.

That element gives the Kraków finale an additional dimension. The concert brings together an international audience around Ukrainian music while also connecting the event to the band's ongoing support for Ukraine.

For a group whose music has travelled well beyond its Kyiv origins, ending a European tour in Kraków places its distinctive sound within another chapter of its international journey. The final note of the Euro Wave Tour 2026 will therefore mark not simply the end of a run of concerts, but an evening where music, Ukrainian identity and solidarity meet in one of Poland's major cultural cities.
